- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★As a contractor working in the Upper Hunter Valley I periodically have to work in Merriwa. I finally decided to try out B and B on Bettington and I have not, and will not look back. The room I stayed in was exceptionally clean and tidy, and Peter and Pam are great to chat with. This accommodation is a pleasant and fresh change to what has been on offer in Meriwa in the past. I'll be staying here again as its a whole lot better than anything else offered in Merriwa. PS. The $10 breakfast Peter has on offer is hard to pass up and if highly recommended.By A Google User, August 28, 2016
